Social Media page is up

I put up an initial draft of a social media page describing and showing examples of Russian propaganda spread through the US via social media in the run up to the 2016 election.<Edit: the social media page has now been merged into the broader page on Russia’s Influence Campaign.> I’m thinking I’ll eventually break it up into multiple pages with different sub-topics. Also, with so many images of memes, I’m thinking I’ll create separate pages just for those images.

The new page may have some overlap with the earlier page on Russia’s covert propaganda campaign. That page is intended to be a little broader, though, covering all forms of media. Further, an intended focus of that page is the more “covert” aspects, such as Guccifer’s alteration of the content of the hacked DNC emails before they were released. (And, of course, exploring the allegations in the Steele dossier.) <Edit: this page has also now been merged into the broader page on Russia’s Influence Campaign.>

Oh, and in the near future I’ll add a related page about Russia’s effort to target the propaganda within the US.

I need to outline and think about topic categorization a bit more, I guess.
